Oeko-Tex Standard 100
Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is an international product testing system for textiles.
The Oeko Tex certification comes in four product classes, which differ in the amount of residual chemicals that are allowed to be present.
Our manufacturers in Germany decided to certify all its down comforters, pillows and duvet covers in accordance with the strictest requirements for Class I.
The Class I standard specifies very low limit values for, among other things:

EN 12934 Class I
This standard classifies the quality of used raw material; for example, class II and III are of inferior quality. Class III even allows the use of 15% or, more RECYCLED down and feathers - yes, that is old products other people have slept in. Green Goose ("Gruene Gans")
We are committed to ensure that no down and feathers will be plucked from live animals, and that geese and ducks have been raised in a humane way. Our supplier is certified with the "Gruene Gans" - "Green Goose", which has been established by the independent institute of Wessling, Germany under Registration # 1017-CAL-001. Furthermore, our supplier is a member of EDFA (European Down and Feather Association), which requires to hold to a traceability standard - knowing which farms the animals come from.
